Blocked Server many times

Can someone tell me why my AVOV box gets blocked so often. Get the server blocked message about every month.

yes i get that sometimes maybe server issue

this is partly the reason why the server administration has made an announcment sometime ago, stating that they no longer stand behind the avov boxes for consistent server connection.
It is not the avov box itself, the box is great. But it is the TVOline application that may be the concern or the issue.
Have experienced the issue too on a few occasions.

yea i just said my friend got that and had do reset which is not hard to do
