Spinning blue loading indicator

I just bought and activated new NFPS subs for 2 Avov boxes that had long expired subscriptions, they connect up to the server but then when you go to live TV all you get on every station is the spinning blue loading indicator. Any help would be appreciated, I also see an IPTV reset, I have no idea what it does.

go and check your account ,put in credentials then make sure your mac addy is correct then hit iptv reset ,wait about 5 minutes then try box again.

turn both avov off do iptv reset at site should help to get working again

Thank you my friends, it just shows you long it's been since I had to do this, last time no reset function.
