Mac problem's

Hi I'm having problems linking mac address to a new donation. I keep getting a mac already exist error on donation. preventing me from logging in on my mag 254. Tried reseting mag to factory defaults.Reboot modem, router, mag tried donation reset with no luck.I borrowed a friends android tv box and used pvr client already installed on Kodi. 00:1A:78: mac linked to donation but i keep getting authentication error .Read every thread i can on this site to get that working with no luck returned box back to friend. Tried resetting donation and resetting mag to factory default again using 00:1A:79: still gets mac already exist error . I been working on this 3 weeks now can anyone help. I have 60 kbs Internet WORKS FINE

you will need to send a snapshot of the MAC addy to the server administration.
You can use a online file host site like mediafire. Then send the link to the administration.
