New Rockets no work?

Hello Everyone. Been using Rockets on my dreamlink for ages now. got my old ones are set to expire sometime this weekend. I got just ordered and got my new codes. For some reason it keeps telling me server can't connect. i've entered it correctly, honestly about 7 times. Is there an issue with new codes currently?

I've looked all over the site and I dont see an issue, just wondering if someone could give me some suggestions?

did you perform an IPTV reset at the server website ?

No I didn't. I"m not using IPTV, just IKS.. Thanks for the reply! Should I?

Just figured it out. I checked my rockets on the site and it gave me a different server and port then the email I got suggested. Using the ones from the site itself seem to be working now. someone should look into that! port was wrong and server was wrong...
