Mac Address Already Exist Problem

Hi,
I have had this problem for weeks now. When i try to enter the Mac address. I get the error message that mac address already exist.
I sent my details and screenshot to @crazed and he said it was forwarded to admin but i have not heard back from anybody in two days.
This is not fair to us. I know most of us are busy but actions like this makes life really difficult for us when dealing with clients.
Please help.

This is strange.
Now i am seeing a different mac address in my control panel.
Someone else (not me) linked my donation to another mac address.
How is this possible?
@Crazed, any explanation for this?
