stb emulator showing black screen

can someone help me here ??the channels load but most of the channels showing only black screen (only few business channels working).I tried solution posted somewhere about media player setting :checking send device ID and Use mac based device ID but the problem persisted any solution ??

More info on channels not working, just checked mine they seem to be working.
