Hello,

I am new to the forum and IPTV, I have recently signed up and its been a learning experience. I have purchased a MAG254 for testing, after some research I was able to add routes and configure the MAG254. At this time the MAG254 is setup with the IKS66 portal and able to authenticate but it seems I can only view international channels. I cannot view US channels or anything in VOD.

Any guidance would be appreciated, thank you.

You'll probably get more help here by acting as an end user...no one cares that you are a new reseller. If you intend to be a reseller, you better pick up your game because you are expected to support your customers.

You are only getting the international channels as you are not properly authenticated. Check your settings.

I described myself as a "reseller" because that's the terminology used on your site for the service I signed up with. As I have mentioned I picked up a box for testing and I'm currently educating myself on the process and do not have any "customers". I plan on setting up family free of charge as a gift and figured since they are technically challenged I would handle this all using the reseller panel for easy management of multiple boxes. IF I truly decide to have "customers" that will be after I have my family setup, the knowledge and a general feel for the stability of the service.

As far as authentication I have tried a combination of my custom "Client" field information and the Route #, the only way I could get it to proceed passed the authentication box without "error" was using the route # for both Login and password. Since you believe I'm not properly authenticated I will start over.

There is a Mag section farther down the home page. You will be well served to look over the documents in that section. I have a feeling most if not all of your questions will be answered there.

Ok, I get what you said, kris, that you bought multiple donations for the discount. That's fine, but it's very rare that someone puts out that much money without taking advantage of a small trial (like the monthly that is available on IPTV66) to figure out if the service is workable. Stating that you are a "reseller" in the thread title is a flag to staff that you may be advertising or soliciting, which is not allowed here as well.

Please follow ilan's advice and read, read, read. You are on the right track, as the login and password are the same, and is the route number that gets assigned when you activate a "route". You may have to reboot the box, or reset it to get it to work.

Thank you, I have already searched through that section in addition watched quite a few tutorials to get me to this point where I have the latest firmware installed, MAC assigned, portal information entered and authenticated. I just have a problem with viewing US channels and VOD.

I will start over and search through the information you suggested again and see where I land.

Dara, thank you and I understand your perspective on the "reseller" topic. I will be cautious with my terminology in the future as to not violate any rules.

Thank you all for your guidance, I performed a reset on the box and re-applied the settings. Everything seems to be functioning as expected.
