No matter what i did it is the same i reset 3 times nothing . click IPTV Reset and log out wait for 15 Min. back in same thing nothing changed. but IPTV Reset Updated Successfully. still got message Authentication failed.

You said in another message that you were following a video to do the confguration. There are many old or poor videos out there. Almost always your error means there is a problem with your credentials. Something is entered incorrectly.

Look at everything. Go over the entries line by line with a fine toothed comb. Disable PVR Stalker while you tweak the credentials. Once you're sure everything is accurate according to the directions, do an IPTV Reset, wait 15 minutes and then enable PVR Stalker client.
