Missing inner portal settings.

I'm missing the inner portal settings. Once I'm logged In to the portal. And I go to the menu screen, the settings option is not there. All I have it video club, tv and recordings. It was working fine 2 days ago. I'm currently using 22.iptv. Any info would be much appreciated.

Try powering off the box at the mains, when you power back up keep the settings (cog) button pressed, hopefully this should take you to the inner portal.
I take it you have tried pressing the set up button when you are on the main page (videoclub etc)?
Sometimes boxes purchased from resellers have the settings button disabled.

I have tried these things, with no luck. There wasn't a reseller. I bought the box on amazon and did the iptv settings my self. The settings option was there when I first did it. It's just all of a sudden disappeared. I can get to the mags normal settings screen option. I'm trying to set parental controls on my box. This isn't my first iptv box. And have programmed each box the same way.
