Using MAG254 When I tune in to some channels it automatically goes to a black screen for example Playboy Latin America channel 487.
I can hear the audio but nothing on the screen, and when I type in a number I can't see it on the screen but if I type 200 for
example it will change channels. Any idea why some channels are doing this? Try tuning in to 487 and see what I mean.
Thanks in advance.
Some or all of the adult channels are not maintained by the services here. What you see is what the service gets and merely passes along.

I am having the same symptom trying to watch ufc 205 on channel 455, I can hear the audio but the channel does not load I just get a black full screen. I can see it in spanish on channel 456 but 455 loads to a black screen so it's not just the porn channels there's several channels that are having this problem. I have tried an iptv reset not sure what else is the problem. Any tips on getting this resolved? I am using a mag 254
Both 455 and 456 are working for me right now. Try reloading again. Some channels go down for a while and then they are fixed and come back up. If you reload from time-to-time, you will have the latest fixes.

I have 2 different IPTV boxes an original MAG254 and a MAG254W1, I am using Ethernet on both the channels that go to a black screen on
the 254w1 work on the original MAG 254. I have tried IPTV reset, changing the server, but yet the new box MAG254W1 for some odd reason
goes to a black screen on some channels that work perfectly fine on the MAG254. I am sure all the settings are the same as far as video, and
everything else. What can cause one box to show a black screen and another to work in the same network and almost identical hardware?

I figured out what was causing this problem with the black screen, I had changed a setting under video auto framerate on the mag254w1 to 50/60hz, should be left on disabled. Changed back to disabled and now all channels work. Weird thing is only some channels were having trouble when changing this setting.

I had the no video on the STBEmu only on certain channels..I switched video players around until one worked.. not sure if you can do that with a MAG box as I've never owned one. I think it's got something to do with the version of the codec used to encode the video.
