VERIZON FIOS Channels not loading

I sent 2 MAG254 boxes to family who have verizon fios as ISP. Both boxes have donations
and worked perfectly fine at my house using TWC. They are able to open channel 21 and
some music channels however all the other channels dont load just gives a black screen.
They have a 100Mbps download speed, any idea what can be done? I had them reset the
router restart the box, both boxes are doing the same thing channel 21 loads but no other
channels are coming in, seemed as if VERIZON FIOS is blocking the service? Any advice would
be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

the box is linked with your isp When you change you have to do an reset as suggested

Apparently doing the iptv reset fixed the problem, it was necessary to enter the donation numbers but that's not a big deal.
