Audio - commentary for blind people?

Anyone else getting this?

On my MAG box, my Sky Movies channels have audio commentary running in the background.
Pretty sure this is for blind people or something like that.

I've tried having a look at the audio settings and I've only one audio channel so can't change it.

Many of the BBC and Sky channels have that commentary. Very frustrating!
