Hi i am hoping someone can help...its been 7days since i bough my code for the service and my account has been debited and the 48 hour time span has elapsed, yet when i login in with the route number provided it keeps saying error. further i tried a reset and it say mac address already exists. please note that my subscription days are actively running.
Note that i have sent emails to support but no response. Note lso it was bout from iks66.
Can anyone offer advise on solving this issue.
