Hello all: I'm having trouble, ive done everything 5 times and I still cant get on. I go to Authentication and put in login info and password and I get an error..Not sure if my mac address is right. Any help???????????? I'm going nuts, lol
Log into the Donation Checker for your service. Make sure your account indicates active, and you can check your MAC address there.

Ok, I told you to go to the Donation Checker because you said you didn't know if you were using the correct MAC address in the initial post.
What add-on/app are you using to connect?
What are the first 6 characters of your MAC? XX:XX:XX?

you have to change it to 00:1a:78
That is your problem! Create a MAC address starting with 00:1A:78, as Floder mentioned... Go to the Donation Checker and change the existing MAC address to the new one. If the checker complains at all, tweak the last 6 digits a bit until the checker is happy. Use that MAC address in your set-up.

ok, ive done all this, it actually loads up, the yellow bar starts, then the "Authentication" pop up, I put in my login and password and I get the error message
What are you using for the information are using for your Login/Username and Password.

Does it matter what the mac address is, as long as it has 00:1a:78 as the first 4 #s
You are using the same number for both the username and password, correct?

yes I am. ive changed the mac address in the donation box like you said and I get this message: Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged". Ive check my band statement, ive been charged

Oh, and when I try to log on, its not the yellow bar, its blue and then it goes to authentication to log on
The MAC Address can be "anything," as long as it starts with 00:1A:78 The remaining characters (00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX) should be selected from 0-9 and/or A-F.

i using Mac Address starting 00:1A:79 i have no problem for log in but i only can watch few channels and none on video club, do you think i need to change my mac to 00:1A:78 to can watch more channels and video club too?? and if yes? how i can replace the new mac address on the server! thanks

So where can I go now, Ive had this for 2 days and cant get it work..Ive tried uninstalling and re-installing. nothing, just the error when I login..

go step by step and show what you have done including what server your using........................then maybe we can help

Ok, 1: went to setting, then profiles, then clicked the New profile. I left the profile name the same. Then I put the Portal URL in: http://66.iptv66.tv Then I adjusted the screen resolution to 720x576. Then I put the Mac address in: 00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx Then I checked the Send Device ID box Then I went to save and restore settings and clicked save settings and profiles. Then I to where the settings pop up, click Profile, then the authentication pops up, put in my login and password, (the same #}. and that's when I get the error. Not sure how to find the server I'm using, but I have Comcast internet if that helps.

66.iks66.tv is for IKS not iptv ......... 66.iptv66.tv is for IPTV
did you go here https://iks66.tv/main/search/ and use your order number and Route ........to link your Mac...if not do so.......

Ok, got it to work, thank you for the help..Ive noticed some channels not working..Fox news works, but no sound...Is this common for channels to not work or is there some tweeking I need to do
Some channels will be down from time-to-time. When you notice, post the channel number and channel in the Channel Issues subforum the next door down. Look in the stickies at the top for proper channel issue posting.
I just tried the FOX News channel and both video and audio are working here. Try reloading the channels.

when that happen restart the box and start al over whit the password and user again it work for me 100%
make sure you dont have another device wuit the same mac and service connected. or it will keep cuming up password and user .
