Which IPTV Server and box are the best in the market

I have pretty bad experience with one of IPTV Service provider with MAG254:(

I like to know which IPTV box is the best in the market?
And which server is providing the best HD Adult and PayPerView Channels?
Iam interested to watch in Charlie Dish channels on IPTV box.
What can you suggest?

Get an M8S Android box. Use Kodi and PVR Stalker client.

I do have Avov, M8Plus but my ultimate choice would be Dreamlink T1 for the best quality and service.
