problem resetting iptv

being having issues with my service over the last few days and today wanted to do an iptv reset only problem is i keep getting waiting 24-48hrs for card to be charged but i have my service over 6 months and isnt due for renewal till next year all help needed ,

i have recked my info all i had to do before was input my donation number and verify no problem now i have 2 verification boxes one for donation and another for route which i assume is also your donation number as well and i keep getting wait 24hrs for c card to be checked

Route Number applies to an IPTV66 account whereas Donation Number applies to a Rocket or NFPS account. They are both used as the username and password in most add-ons/apps. You must check your account on the proper Donation Checker, however. You can't check an IPTV66 account on the NFPS or Rocket Checker and visa versa.

i am using the right donation checker and its been like this for the last week everytime i get give us 24-48hrs to check credit card when i bought into this i got only a donation number no route number so when it asks me for both i put in my donation number into both and the result is the same but when i only had one box to put in my donation number i never had a problem have no iptv for the last few days all help needed

Where is it asking for both? As I mentioned, NFPS and Rocket have a donation number (12 characters). IPTV66 has a route number (13 characters).

when i put in https://iks66.tv/main/search i get a webpage that asks me in the top for donation /order id /email and underneath its asking me for my route then its asking me if im a robot which i fill out accordingly and when i click on check route i get give me 24-48hrs to check c card all the time i used it ----now before when i clicked on the webpage all i used to get is donation/order id/email and verify im not a robot now guys i have tried everything for it to work by inputting different data into each box and it doesnt work what is wrong i never had this problem before can ye please check the webpage and see what i mean

I am having the same issue. I enter my ORDER ID in the top box and my ROUTE # in the bottom box, but keep getting this error message:

"Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged."

Any help is appreciated.
