EPG Grabber Channel List (US)

Now that there are issues with the EPG, could someone post the Channel list for the US / UK in a MC2XML .CHL File. I know this has been posted before but that forum is Archived and there is no file to download. We can pull our own EPG with the archived grabber setup. I have it running on my computer and for some reason it will not pull any US channels?
