is this with a dedicated IPTV receiver (like a Mag) or is this with a Stalker app ?

send picture of the MAC and confirmation of your account to server administration, they should look into it.

Where is the MAC changing? In the app, or on the donation checker?

You do not have to send a pic of the MAC because you are using the Stalker app and the MACs are generated anyway when using the app, so no need for the pic... Just send them your transaction info and your email and order number and donation number and the MAC you need to keep linked and any other explanation needed.
