I renewed and no iptv

I renewed my sub to rocket.
I have iks but no iptv.
I also send 2 messages to papaio.tv and no answer.

Anybody can help?

May be dumb answered, but when I renew I overlook that they change the portal from 11 to 22 and that drove me crazy for a month.

Have you checked your account at the Donation Checker? Make sure the MAC is linked to your donation, the donation is active and you have the correct portal assigned to your app/add-on.

Yes I checked with ''check rocket'' and all the good numbers are there.
It seems they forget to click on a button, but they don t answer...
