Won't play channels without a VPN....

For some reason the channel's wont play unless I turn the VPN and the VPN knocks my speeds down drastically from 200 to 50

turn off your vpn do iptv reset then dont turn your vpn on then it will work

Greg is correct. The VPN changes your IP address. Your MAC and the IP address are linked, so the server doesn't like the IP address change. The IPTV Reset gets around the issue. It clears the credentials and provides a fresh start. When you want to access the service again without the VPN, you will need to do another IPTV Reset,
