fuse box rebbotig

Have two avov fuse boxes and bougt are wit same problem,they do connet to server ,but when try to watch live tv,box rebook bact to live tv, agaim & agaim I have reset box several times,but steal wont let me watch live tv......any suggestion .......

factory reset your avov fuse sound like package did not install for live tv i had that problem factory reset the box to fix the problem put a internet cable to the receiver to make sure the package downloads to the avov fuse
