I have a avov tvonline+ which i need to do and iprests I contacted my provider requesting the order number but he doesn't want to give me, some times it's days before he answers his phone or messages. Is there anyway to get the order Id other than getting it from my supplier.
I asked him to do an ipreset and he has not done it up to now, he messaged me and told me he has not gotten the chance to do it yet. That's poor service. Help please.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you do not need the Order number if you have the Client ID your reseller assigned. They all have to assign one , weather or not they know to give it to you is another story.
They can not give you the Order number as there may be other clients on that Order and if you had the number then you would be able to access them others donation accounts, is reason why they do not give Order number, but they should give the Client ID which would get you logged into your page to do the reset.

it only takes a second or 2 to perform a reset, so yea your reseller is kinda a shotty service deal :eek:
