This is an old problem that was promised to be fixed!
Few weeks ago we were told that there are some upgrades or tweaks and the freezing will disappear shortly. Indeed it got better for few days and now we are back with freezing and buffering. At this hour 16:36PM EST when it should be no peak hours (unless people overseas are watching like crazy) there is a freezing every ten seconds or so. How could you watch anything like that???
This is simply unacceptable guys! Correct me if am wrong but this is NOT a hobby since we are paying for it and the service should be delivered as paid.
If there is a problem with the demand, why not upgrading? I wrote to IKS66 via contact form and I was told to bring these issues here, in the forum. OK, so now what? What is the next promise?
I am using an Avov Tv+ that I reset, reboot sometimes to see if anything better, still the same. I have reset the IPTV route few times, about once a day, no change! My net is very good and very constant, no issues. When connecting to another IPTV provider (but do not have the channels I am interested in) there is no buffering, no freezing, so it could be done if using the proper hardware and connections at the server(s) side. At the end, is it just a matter of higher profit running with shitty hardware?
