Stopped working

I have a CS918-the problem whatever I try to watch be it a movie or TV show like House of Cards or Bosch it will start working then in less than a minute
it will stop, how can I fix this?

no, just pauses and goes back to the list of downloads!

I would assume you are facing this issue with the stalker and if yes then try to clear your catch, if with the emu then chose your external player as mx.

Thanks but I have no idea how to do this-can you walk me through it? If it starts at all be it movie or tv on the bottom where it says play, pause etc the one all the way to the left 1<< is on
and I can't get anything to play. Thanks
I have been working on this all day no luck I do see GENESIS update but when I try an do it in the bottom right corner it says failed?
If I delete KODI and start over will this fix the problem

Delete and after that reinstall Google acct. and you will back in businesses.

found the problem, box was upgraded to kodi 15. I deleted that and put 14 back and it works thanks everyone for your help!
