Urlopen error timed out

I have two boxes with two different donations.. 1 R-Box Pro 3G and 1 Avov tv online. R-Box with Kodi 16.1, iptv plus version 10.2.4.r2. Every time I try to connect I get "urlopen error timed out." And with the Avov, it doesn't even connect to server. I reset modem/router, reset both boxes, check to see if donations were active (yes), reset iptv and still no iptv. It worked 5 days ago. Is there anything else I could do? Any help would be appreciated. I'm going nuts =-O trying to fix this.

ur not alone... here is what i did

unplug and leave it unplugged - do the iptv reset...wait approx 10 minutes (per Dara's instruction) if using stalker addon

plug the box (power up) and you should be able to reconnect to server(s) of course try the hard boot of your router first and often times that is all you need to do (as you proll knew)
