Valid rocket - now inactive

I have rocket I purchased for my mother which worked great couple months back at my last visit. Quit working now down visiting and to fix - donaction checker has mac at all 0's and listed as innactive. Please help me

Did you donate directly to the services here or through a reseller? If you donated directly, you will need to contact Papiao customer support and explain the issue. Once in a while, a Super Mod can expedite the process.

Thx for responding so quickly - I purchased directly and have already submitted a request for help on I think it was [email protected] but not heard back anything. Trying to get this fixed back up for her before I have to head back out of town
