Is there a reason why so far only 3 channel open up out of about 40 i tried ????

Joker...been there, done that a couple times already. even did a reset on the comp. all the 100 numbers I get a couple open ones... thanks again......

What stb are you using?

box is a AVOV tvonline. as always worked ok for me. from ch200 to 300 only about 4 channels opened. the VOD doesn't load movies also. still have 38 days left on my sub with rocket.
at least I think I got my money's worth so far. had rocket for a lot of years with iks with no problems to speak of........

Try changing to a different portal if you have not already. The announcement about avov pretty much says it all!

Joker....some how working now.... went in server setting and started poking around. clicked that small CREDENTIAL square off and then back on. only problem now is the score of the Denver and SD football game... thanks for your suggestions....
