When did the old donation expire? If you're trying to renew and your donation expired more than 30 days ago, you're likely to get an error message like that. If it has been more than 30 days, make a new donation. Renewal won't work.

If you made a mistake entering the donation number and/or the MAC, you would get an error. Did you try it more than once? If not, try it again.

i try to extend a month donation to a six months and just appear mac is invalid Had the same problem,just renew without entering the mac if you still have time left on your route as that is optional.As for renewing a route this is whats stated on their site.

Note: To be able to renew a Route it shouldn't have more than 3 months as remaining time, it shouldn't have more than 2 month that expired and it shouldn't be a Trial.
