MAC Invalid

Hi! there, Got my new rocket and MAG254, Everytime i link MAC address to my new donation it gives me error "MAC address is invalid". I reset IPTV and box to no avail. Pls. help me. Thank you in advance.

Hello all, i dont know if here is the correct place to also report the same as Miffffy.

In my case i tried the same or the response: the mac address cannot be updated.
