Apps doesn't updated

Everytime I turn on the T1 goes to the process to download the updated for DOL, when the download it's complete it goes to the app but never install it, same with HD cartoon (which by the way for this stop working) when I open the app it takes me to a box to updated the app and as soon the download its complete, closes it the app and the updated never get install.

Anyone know how to fix this problem.

I would try a factory reset. From the main screen go to settings,system info, factory reset.

Maybe if you Uninstall the apps then reinstall them maybe they will update on there own from a new install

Thank you guys I will try the factory reset ..... just one question if I do so, DOL will keep the same MAC #?

Yes the mac address is only for that box
