Rocket goes nowhere

I've had the same issue for a long time now and can't seem to find any help my server connects but I don't have many channels that load the 162 164 and a few news channels is this the kind of support we get from rocket I've posted over and over and keep getting the same advice do a reset and I've done it at least 50 times same result I've even done factory reset . I can connect to server but most channels won't load and it's frustrating not getting the help I need to get it working properly it's working on n the one channel app so I know my internet is working any help or did I waste my money staying with rocket this time someone please help me figure this out

I'm not sure what box you are using? I'm not sure what add-on/app you are using? You say it is working on the "one channel app." What channel app is that and why aren't you satisfied with the results of that app?

Because I want my IPTV channels working just like it did since 2014 when it started

No I did not direct from rocket and it worked for the first 33 days before it went down on 2 donations
