I wonder if any of the month here can help me with an issue with customer service and I had an issue renewing an account and it did not renew also took my credit been trying to contact customer service for over 2 weeks email after email the answer the first one said they would get back to me they never did and after that I've been emailing them with all the information that they need and they don't get back to me is there anyone that can help me see what I could do? I'm kind of lost out the money and my service is inactive now thanks in advance

Same here, I bought the annual subscription on Aug 2 and my service stopped on Oct 2. My access to Papiao is not working either suggesting me that my subscription is being inactivated. As of Aug 31 my account still said i had 338 days left. Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

You could try a PM to one of the site moderators. They are very helpful with issues like this. Papiao are not always quick to respond.
