If you download the zip file outside of Kodi to the box or PC, then use Kodi to install it install fast and works well.

The current issue is the zip file is not available. No attachments are working after the forum's migration. Dara has suggested using Couch Potato's mod of IPTV Stalker, since it is off site and is available.

Is there any diff between Dara`s file and couch potato`s?

You can check out the evolution of Couch's version in the following thread. Dara's version is lean and mean, doesn't have all the bells and whistles of Couch's mod, and is better with low RAM devices like a Fire Stick.
