mac adress banned

I'm trying to get a mag 254 fixed,it was working fine stopped working and when i went into papiao it says mac adress banned anyone had this problem?how do i fix it?
i have a rocket and still have about 3 months left on it,any help is highly apreciated thanks!!!:(:(
