How do I get my epg going

Hello I have my iptv stalker plus working like a champ but I can't seam to get the epg ninja working with the epg stalker updater to work it says authorization failed when it loads the channels and then it said Id mismatch ? any idea what I'm doing wrong or a video that will fix my issues so I can use the iptv right ?
