Only international channels working?

I'm using STB on Mygica box. After a couple days of playing with settings, I finally got magtv working, somewhat. I'm only getting some international channels. Am I missing something?

Most of the channels appear to be down or freezing today mate

Mine hasn't worked since I set it up yesterday. My brother said his was working earlier today. I'm sure I have a problem with the settings maybe.
