Inactive service!

I just purchased my donation about 2 weeks ago and after struggling with ips blocked the services and i purchase vpn service and few days later i reset it the nac address few times because i was blocked by ips

And few days later i see now service inactive! !!!!!
I just paid for this now 3 weeks this is not fair or all this is scam!!

What codes? Did you make a donation? If you did, use your donation/route number for your username and password.

Ilan today inactive again wy i have donation number and paid and everything and when i open with email it's says inactive

I don't know what is going on with your account. I'd e-mail again and explain this had just been corrected but has happened again. Maybe they can sort through the issue.

There is little chance that the service is at issue, since the forum would be flooded with messages if this was happening to everyone. (Things have been running well for me lately, other than the UK channels that are being worked on.) You can try preliminary steps first, like clearing the cache on your device, rebooting the modem, router and device, and performing an IPTV Reset. If that doesn't do it, further exploration will need to be undertaken.

That is still the latest version, and it shouldn't have any effect on the active/inactive status of your account.

Is anyone still having issues with Freezing still? Also I c ant seem to get ESPN US at all (thats the most important channel. lol

I saw some freezing on a few channels that I ran across. I think they're still dealing with issues from the ISP migration.

inactive will happen when you run two boxes with same info at same time or if you have 8 or more codes turn it on yourself try that but what ilan told you should get you going again
