why does my iptv buffer on my pc with 12gb ram and not on my firetv I did a reset i reinstalled Kodi i tried and change dns 8 8 8 8 8 8 44 and i change easy advance setting nothing works it started about a week now.Now i put all setting back and same thing. all channels buffer and freeze. My PC is connected by Ethernet cable speed 1.0 GPBS Fire tv wifi speed 7.2 Mbps two different subs. I have vpn pia on or off the same
