pvr stalker not getting guide info

hi, im using a windows kodi 16.2 stalker client. im able t watch channels but im not getting channel guide data.
mac = good
server = good
login = good
guide
preference = prefer XMLTV
cache guide checked
cache time 24hrs
scope= remote url
remote url= hxxp://nfps.**********(diddnt use x's)
serials and id's should be good cause i can get channels
what am i missing?
