Day-5 no service

Day-5 and I've gotten some good advice to try and fix this issue of "error" on authentication but no success. I did the donation checker on day-2 and read that I'm good to go. I went back into d.c. yesterday and it read "sub expired". Strange, because I just renewed around August, went thru the authentication and I'm sure the cc statement will confirm it.
Messaged papaio 2x but no response. My only saving grace at this point is to cancel the cc payment and maybe start over.
Any other suggestions....I'm open.

Thanks Sand....papaio finally got back to me today and is looking in to it. I'll get a hold of him if nothing gets fixed.
