what kind of box are you trying to run the stb emulater because not all android boxes support the app. please try to get the app from the google play store that is highly recommend since the developer of the app always updates the app if issues does come up. so if you just downloaded online please delete that one i don't recommend that one but you can do what you like. remember that the android box has to be 2gb rum or higher for the box to support it properly and run it smooth.

If you can use another means to get connected, I would do so, at least until you resolve the STB emu issue. You might try setting defaults in the emu, uninstalling it, closing down the device, restarting the device and reinstalling the STB emu. If that doesn't do it, you might try the same process but install an earlier version of the emu.

hopefully this helps people that are having issues with stb emulater.
I strongly suggest that you guys that are using stb emulater to not install the versions that are on the internet. please go to your google play store and install the one that the developer has in there because he updates it all the time. and the old stb emulator was band by google but the same developer has another new version on there and if you get that one you will be just fine after you install it and do the settings from the beginning and keep in mind people the mac address on stb emulaters should start with 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX and your box last six numbers of your mac address. make sure that this is the same on the server as well.
another tip is if you paid for the pro version you can email the developer and he will send you a code to redeem it so that way you don't have to pay again.
