IPTV reset erases favorites

What a drag everytime you have to do a IPTV reset you lose all your favorites and have to redo them. Using newest Version 08. Is their a fix for this?

An "IPTV Reset" is only done on the donation/route checker page on the service portal webpage. With the Emu's, you generally don't change settings for credentials if you have previously connected properly. You losing favorites has nothing directly related to an IPTV Reset, but if you are clearing data for the app, that's why you are losing everything.

I change nothing in portals or delete data from the Emu. Everytime i do a reset it loses the favorites. It did not used to do this. I do the reset on donation page often because i change watching devices from one room to another. After doing a reset on donation page always have to relog back on and then favorites gone in the wind.

I don't see how re-entering your login and password changes anything in the EMU. Maybe a question for mvas.

I had to do an IPTV reset today and also lost all my favourites... using a mag254. First time this has happened to me.... loosing favourites that is.
