You need to set Defaults in the add-on. Here are the steps...

Disable the IPTV Stalker Plus add-on. Set defaults. Shut down Kodi. Do an IPTV Reset at the Donation Checker. Restart Kodi. Configure the IPTV Stalker Plus add-on. Enable the add-on.
