AVOV TVOnline stuck at loading

Hello everyone,
I have AVOV TvOnline. I was getting the box is blocked error, which i fixed.

Now, my channel list keeps saying loading. When i go to Live TV, nothing loads...its been over 2 weeks. There is not one channel that comes up.

I have tried doing IPTV reset, factory reset, checked my donation....no luck.

Please help.

unplug AVOV TvOnline first before you do iptv reset are it will not work

Same problem. It's been months. I got my server changed to a different one...same problem. Server connects but when I try to watch TV, the loafing dialog comes up and no picture is shown. It just keeps loading.

When I try watch VOD, I click on the desired movie to watch and click watch, and it brings me back to the previous screen of the movie title.

I hate this stupid thing. I wasted $80 on a subscription that I haven't even used in the 4 months because of no support for my box. Help me!!!

I do not have an AVOV box, so I won't offer advice relative to the native set-up. However, if you have been having problems for quite a while, as you suggest, I would install Kodi and configure the built-in PVR Stalker client.
