Followed everyone's advice to no avail

I've been down at least 5 weeks now server connects from both server page and by clicking on live TV but still only getting channels 162-164 and a few news channels in the 200s on 2 donations have asked for help several times and everybody says do IPTV reset tried at least 50 times to no avail I've got 2avov boxes a vixo1 and tv online same results on both boxes and both donations even did factory reset on tv online box no change I need some help

In the same position for 4 weeks factory reset 3 times re-entered mac and donation only free channels and internationals no vod. please assist

make sure you unplug your iptv device before you do iptv reset are it will not work

I have the same issue unplugged my mag and did the iptv reset but still the same.

I tried to install an AVOV box for a friends daughter and she has Frontier. Seems that Frontier and AVOV do not play well together. I had an M8S that belonged to a friend and it would play. May be something to do with your internet provider or speed. Do a Speedtest.net test and see what your speed is. Just guessing that that might be your problem.

try using a hotspot such as your cell phone fortesting if that works most likley is your isp

How can it be ISP when server connects guess I'm beat for 2 donations very disappointed in rocket . Have been with rocket since private servers existed on iks and rocket IPTV since 2014 when IPTV started totally discouraged and frustrated 6 weeks tomorrow night

I don't have an AVOV box or I'd some experimenting. You need to do some investigating yourself. It is obviously not the fault of the service alone or there would be hundreds here screaming about this same issue. There aren't.

Try bringing your box to a friend's or relative's to see if it works. You'll need to do an IPTV Reset before you connect at an alternative site.

If you can test with an alternate device, I'd try that at your place as well. You can try a VPN as well to see how things work in that environment.

I have done factory reset on both boxes and re did all info and same thing just 162-164 and a few news channels no American channels. My internet is connected fine everything else is working fine off same internet. really frustrated , will post in Avov section again to see if someone will help figure this thing out not such a great deal if it doesn't work

Do your self a favor it's not you the system your working with as the issue.

First if possible install kodi 16.0 stop using the emulator method. To many issue with that.

This method I write should take no more then 8 or nine minutes to install up and running.

Kodi installed what version don't matter works in all 15.0 to 16.0 no big deal. Easy easy

Go to system then addons then my addons
Then pvr clients then stalker client then configure select portal 1 then
Add your Mac Id 00:1A:78: or unless yours is 79:00:00:00 what ever your MacId configured with your donation

Server address hxxp//portal.iptvrocket.tv/stalker_portal/c/
User name & password R the rocket number donation

Set to prefer xmltv
Remote address nfps.**********
The serial 13 digits 2 IDs have 6 numbers ID u just make up

Select OK the enable

Go to system then TV then general tab enable then below clear data.
If u get fail try clear data couple times wait forpvr to load .

This method takes no more then 10 minutes max .

After u have mad up the ID numbers and serial number &signature u might have to just refresh your donation but keep your IDs the same wait maybe 1 minute try cleardata again should do it.

The system your working with is the problem.
Any Android 4.4.2 only cost 33.00 USD or less and work perfect with kodi mediia player

Feel like you got my money so to bad for me if it doesn't work ,not cool I've been with rocket for a a long time now ,since just after public server days with iks and now I have a problem there's no help very disappointed in the lack of help ,I've done everything suggested with same results . I've lost from 335 days now down to276 days left with no working server I think I deserve better thanks rocket I guess I'll just cut my losses and move on

yes you are correct and I do appologize.
But when one comes here to boost other services or dissrespect these services, well then I get messed up and only see red.

I feel your pain brother. i have three Avovs that wouldn't work no matter what i did and i tried everything. Finally decided to do a work around. installed kodi 16.1 with NFPS stalker and back up and running fine
