Recording with MAG254?

Hi all,

Ive just started using IPtv and purchased a Mag254 box. I am using **Staff Edit** portal (not too sure which company this is? Someone set it up for me)

I am trying to record live streams. I've plugged in an external drive but when I press the red record button I get "File missing" and nothing happens.

Could anyone advise? I believe this isn't on the server-side but definitely has to do with the Mag254/drive itself, correct?
