Avov tv-online plus firmware

I have a Tv-online plus box that has firmware build 1.04 on it...............could not get it to update..............it now just keeps showing the Avov logo with the purple moving bolt..........continuously...will not boot to menu......I factor defaulted it with a pin in the back but still won't boot up.............was there a manual firmware update Avov had to fix this problem....if you were stuck on a old firmware

Hi, I have AVOV TV on line ver 2. (i think the build 1.0.7) and my box is blocked on the boot, after the last OTA update. I maked the hard reset, but nothing happend, always the same. The box start and after 3-4 sec stop with AVOV logo. What i have to do, can You help me? Thank You Alex

ok do toothpick trick cant see the back of my box but small hole unplug box push tooth pick tell you here a click plug back in and screen will come up do a factory rest there like i said cant look at my box now
