Frontier Internet and AVOV

I have a friend who's daughter lives about 70 miles away, and has Frontier ADSL internet. For two days I tried to get an AVOV TVOnline to work and could not. I took an AVOV TVOnline + and an M8S with me today. All the boxes played on my internet and at her house, the AVOV's would log onto the server but would not play any channels. I am using Rocket. I connected the M8S up and it connected and played fine. Does anyone know what I have missed?

All those were checked and for good measure reset before I left the house. The AVOV's would connect to the server, just not play any channels. Talked to a previous employer who's son installs Direct and he said that he is encouraged to connect the boxes to the internet and Frontier in one of his areas gives him the biggest problem where if the boxes are more that two miles from distortion boxes, it was almost impossible to connect.

oh your talking about dsl yes that is true if was a across the street i could not get it for that area but they may have changed been yrs i used that
