VOD inop any help please

Good day to all anybody body knows how to get the VOD section to work I've factory reset ,hard reboots ,iptv resets u name it I even contacted iksnumbers the place I got my donation from and they are no help ,have anybody run into this issue and got it to work again .note I have a other avov the white box and that VOD section works fine but this red box just refuse to load .

I have both the avov 4 and the red box avov tvonlin+ and both r running cod fine after upgrade. Go setting and force upgrade

Hey what's up ASFT super moderator how do I go about updating my red box ,is there a file out from avov ,cause I keep going to settings to check for update and non available,do u know how to update box with new firmware,thanks await your response
