Hi guys do you think ATT U-verse is capable of streaming full HD without buffering?
Actually my speed range from 18-24 Mbps according to speedtest and speakeasy and I'm getting too much buffering with all addons I have installed.
I appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction.
You need to look at the requirements for Uverse on the AT&T website.
Your ISP is just one of the factors that may cause buffering. I'm currently using a U-verse connection with 7.67 Mbps, and only buffer on very large bandwidth streams (e.g. "1080P HD"). Some people report buffering with lots of bandwith capacity (50 Mbps+). It could be a caching issue with your device, either memory, or storage or something throttling data between your ISP and the service/add-on.

I'm sorry ilan I didn't get it. Uverse website doesn’t say any requirement for streaming .m3u playlist through kodi. Can you elaborate please?
Just for clarification purposes, the service I'm subscribed is Uverse Internet, not Uverse TV entertainment.
I would look at Dara's advice. You can end up with ISP throttling if your data profile runs too high, and there can be routing issues as well (i.e., a bottle neck somewhere en route). The only thing you can do is give it a try and cut and run if it doesn't pan out.

Thank you, I will do that, but what is Dara?
